Exchange / Return & Refund Policies
(APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
1. Goods that have been purchases will be checked for quality control and good condition before it is sent to Customer.
2. We do not accept returns or exchange due to Customer’s change of preference or due to damages suffered subsequent to the receipt of delivery by Customer.
3. Exchange will only be accepted on the following conditions:-
· Incorrect or defective goods delivered (eg. missing pages, damaged, manufacturing defects)
· Goods returned must be in its original condition
4. In the event of such cases,customer must notify us at orders@bookcafe.com.my within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and the goods returned should reach us within 10 working days after the notification date.
5. Customers who do not notify us within the stipulated time of the return or exchange request before returning the goods will not be entertained. There will be no refunds, returns or exchange.
6. Request for returns or exchange must be made online. Any request made at our stores will not be accepted.
7. We reserve the right to offer Customer either a direct replacement or an alternative version of the item.
8. Customer will bear the costs of delivery for the goods returned. We regret that no refunds will be made.
9. If you wish to return an item, please send the item back to us in its original packaging. Pack the item and send it back to:

10. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your request within 5 business days and the refund would be issued. Email notification will be sent to you once the refund has been issued. Again, please note that the refund is only granted once returned items were in its original condition.
11. We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items.
If your return is valid, we will process your replacement, according to the details you have provided. We will also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
